A non-refundable 50% deposit will be required to secure your stationery order with Paperdreamz.  The balance will be required upon delivery by cash or a cheque sent in the post to clear before delivery. Unless your order is less than £100 when full payment is required when ordering.
Full payment is required when ordering favours or silk folios.
Please check your text carefully as we cannot be liable for any errors once the proof has been signed and returned to us.
Invitations will usually be dispatched within 8 weeks following proof approval/deposit. This timescale can be negotiated and Paperdreamz will endeavour to be as flexible as possible.  Place cards and other items will usually be dispatched in 2-3 weeks.
Every care has been taken to ensure that all descriptions, measurements and colours are correct.  However, due to the hand-crafted nature of our products, slight variations may occur.
We reserve the right to make slight amendments to any design, due to stock availability or overall look of the design.
Dependent on time of notification, we may be unable to increase parts of your order due to stock availability.
Refunds and exchanges will only be made if an item is found to be damaged or does not meet proof specifications.
We may be able to cancel an order under exceptional circumstances, however you will incur a cancellation fee.
Please note that our stationery may contain small decorative items which could present a choking hazard to babies and small children.
Our web address may be printed on the back of all your stationery items ordered from us to enable interested parties to reach us.  If you have any objections to this please advise us when placing your order.
We will treat your personal details with respect and never pass them on to other organisations unless legally required to do so.

Quotations are valid for 6 months.  If your order has not been placed within 6 months of consultation date then current price at that date will be charged.
